Stakkato's Highlight won the seventy-day test in Neustadt/Dosse with highest scores. The jumping ability of the dark bay received the dream score of 10,0. In addition he received above average scores for interior and rideability. The scores for his basic gaits were also above 9,0. Since he was born in 2001, he received an age penalty of 5 percent. The performance test champion Stakkato's Highlight is the youngest advertisement for one of Hanover's most renowned mare lines, the line of Steingilde.

His breeder, Alfred Brönnemann, sold the colt as a foal to Dietmar Brucks. The first offspring of his dam, state's premium mare Capries, had already been a success. Celle's state stud sire Graf Top by Graf Grannus is on the way to become one of the best jumper horse producers with his first descendants, which now cause a stir in international competition. Through her daughter state's premium mare Gräfin B by Graf Grannus, she is the granddam of last year's licensing champion in jumping, Sabini by Stakkato. Capries' full-sister Candy is the dam of performance champion Laptop by Loredo and two other licensed sons.

Granddam Geri did not only deliver successful jumpers, her son with Graphit - Giovanni - has won Grand Prix Specials and Freestyles under Sabine Rüben. Stakkato's Highlight sire line also traces back to foundation dam Steingilde. Spartan by Servus is a son of Gottilde, a full sister to Geri. In addition to the privately owned stallion, Gottilde delivered Alwin's Ass by Absatx, internationally successful with Franke Sloothaak, and Platin by Patras, successful in jumper competitions up to the S-level under Manfred Nettekoven. Steingilde's third daughter by Gotthard is the dam of Hessian branded For Keeps by For Pleasure. For Keeps stands at stud on the breeding farm Wäldershausen. Under Lars Nieberg he is considered one of Germany's best rising stars.

Three victories in jumper horse classes at the M-level, three at the L-level, and eight other placings are the show record of Stakkato's Highlight. Marcel-Alexander Kettnaker and Rebecca Golasch rode him. Staccato Highlight's competition career is very important to his owner Dietmar Brucks, who had bought the sire Goethe by Grosso Z/Maat on Verden's elite auction. After participation at the Bundeschampionate for German dressage horses, Goethe is now successfully competing at the Grand-Prix level internationally under dressage rider Heiner Schiergen. After the conclusion of the performance test Stakkato's Highlight was licensed for Hanover.
